What do children of a parent with a mental illness experience in Tyrol?

We are looking for people with practical experience.

Interviews with people with practical experience will be conducted towards end of May 2019. This is how it works:

  • Briefing: We discuss the content of the interviews and topics that should not be made public. Together we will also work out the format we want to use to share your story with others.  We also take a close look at the technical process. You will get to know those members of our team who will also be present during the interview.  Furthermore, we will talk about the purposes for which you give us permission to use the interview contents.

  • Interview: We record your story in the format that we deliberated together before.

Here are some inspirations:

Portrait Story│ Poem │ Video │ Picture Story │ Animation│Podcast │ Tree of Life

  • Debriefing: After the interview we discuss again how the material will be processed. The interview will only be published if you agree with the final representation.

As an expense allowance you will receive a lump sum of 20 Euro.

We will fill out two forms with you in the meetings, which you can already have a look at here if you like: the declaration of consent as well as the expense allowance and secrecy.

The documents are in German – contact us in case you want to participate in our storytelling project but are not a German speaker.
