Book Suggestion

Lisa Kainzbauer is a member of the competence group that advises the Village project. She has now published a photo book that artistically deals with the topic of schizophrenia.

Here is a brief insight:

How does schizophrenia present itself from different perspectives?

There is often a very distorted idea of this diagnosis. This contributes to its stigmatisation. In this book, therefore, people who have had their own experiences with this illness will have their say: People affected, relatives and carers talk about their lives and how they deal with schizophrenia, about their successes and setbacks.

The artfully designed book contains impressive photographs and staged presentations that illustrate the symptoms of schizophrenia and let you share in the experience of the disease.
